All jobs are different and require their own approach. We pride ourselves on our ability to be adaptable. Here are some of the more common questions we encounter, and can be applied to all of the services we provide.

• Can I provide my own fabric or materials for my job?       

  • Absolutely. We will be able to give you the yardage needed as well as assist you in finding what you’re looking for.

• Do you pick up and deliver?

  •   Pick up and delivery services are available, but there may be an additional cost.

​

• Is it possible to re-dye or color match my existing leather or vinyl?

  •   Yes, we will access the job and let you know what options are suitable.

​

• I have a canvas awning with a small tear, can you do partial repairs?

  •   We sure can, this also applies to T tops and boat covers.

​

• Are you able to work during my business’ off hours?

  •   No problem at all. We often deal with doctor offices or restaurants which can not afford to go without seating or exam tables. Therefore, we will happily work around your operating hours.

• I don’t live in Florida, but I am interested in having a custom leather holster made, is that possible? 

  •   We have a large selection of patterns pre-made or a variety of firearms. If you have a  model that we haven’t already patterned we will walk you through the steps to make one to send to us.

• My car seat has one side panel that has started to rip, can you replace only the damaged area?

  •   Partial repairs on auto seats is a common and more affordable solution, we will encourage you to do so when possible.

• I purchased a seat cover  kit for my vehicle. Will you install it?

  •   We definitely do install kits for auto. We can also help in the ordering and purchasing process.

• Do I need to bring you my boat for upholstery work?

  •   No and yes. Depending on the project we may need the boat on premises. We encourage you to bring us the uninstalled pieces for reupholstery which will reduce the cost of our labor. However, we understand that is not always an option.

• Do I need to re-foam my couch, cushions, or seats?

  •   Occasionally we will suggest re-foaming, but it is often possible to use and restore the existing foam.

• Do you use stainless steel staples and hardware for boats?

  •   100%

• Can you replace the hardware, such as snaps or grommets on my boat

  •   We sure can.

​

• Do you do restorations on antique wood furniture?

  •   Yes please! We both have a weakness for beautiful antique wood anything, it is our pleasure to bring your valuables back to their original beauty.

• The strap on my favorite purse has broken, can you help?

  •   Not only do we do repairs on purses, we also do repairs on luggage, or other heavy duty items.
