FURNITURE REPAIR, REUPHOLSTERY & LEATHERWORK
Chaise lounge

It is hard to find things made the way they once were. The techniques used in the past for furniture construction was far superior.  This is why we are passionate about restoring and preserving the original integrity of timeless pieces. For instance, by simply changing the material covering your grandmother’s favorite chair you can connect the past with the future. We can reupholster your favorite and sentimental pieces, re-foam your cushions, or simply make accent pillows and slipcovers. We work on both traditionally upholstered furniture (coil springs, horsehair, stuff and stitch, sprung-front edges etc.) and contemporary pieces. From polishing to woodwork and frame repairs, we have the skills to help you achieve the desired result. Whether you want traditional pieces with button tufting, piping, or decorative tacks or a sleek modern approach, we are able to deliver. The options are endless once you decide to redecorate. Upholstered doors, walls and bars can transform your home in a delightful and unexpected way.  From fully reimagined pieces, repair and reupholstery, to accent pillows and new drapes, we  can give your space exactly what it needed all along.

MARINE UPHOLSTERY &
CANVAS
Leaning Post

It is no secret that a boat can be a considerable investment. We appreciate the love you have for your vessel. Sometimes all you need is a new cover for your Captain’s chair or Leaning Post to make you feel like the king of the sea. There are a multitude of practical reasons to consider reupholstery: Perhaps a new purchase is in need of an upgrade or maybe you are considering selling your boat.  There is nothing better than new vinyl covers to revitalize a boat’s beauty.  Let’s also talk about storm damage. Florida can be a notorious savage when it comes to natural disasters. A hurricane can make your once perfect T Top look like a pile of rags or a random gust of wind can turn your Bimini Top into a sad shredded mess. Last, but not least, sun damage is a boater’s constant nemesis. Over time the impact of the sun takes a toll. We use high quality grade marine vinyl and canvas, UVR thread, and stainless steel hardware. All specifically designed to improve the longevity of your boat.

AUTO
&
VEHICLE INTERIORS
Recaro Seats

God Bless our human and canine children, but they certainly don’t do our car interiors any favors. We have all most likely experienced that moment of horror when Rufus has over excitedly consumed the backseat in the 30 seconds it took to run inside and grab your purse. Or, when your adorable budding Van Gogh has created his latest masterpiece on the back of your driver’s seat (no wonder he was so quiet!) Sometimes we just want to customize and give our vehicle a makeover. It’s amazing how a custom leather steering wheel with accent hand stitching can feel in your hands. We can replace or repair your seat covers, install hard shell headliners, as well as suspended headliners for classic hot rods, replace carpet, and replace and install convertible tops. We offer services for motorcycle seats, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and ATV’s.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES
&
CASEWORK
Restaurant Booths

We offer a wide range of commercial upholstery, casework, and reupholstery services for the hospitality industry. We recognize how difficult it is in this industry to reupholster the chairs for your entire dining room without disrupting business. For this reason we won’t hesitate to work the night shift. We can build you seating and booths to fit your specific requirements, provide custom outdoor seating, cushions, and awnings for patio, recreational, and pool areas. All of the fabrics and materials we use are within compliance of fire safety codes.

Often pieces like salon chairs, barber chairs, and exam or massage tables don’t require a complete reupholstery. We can schedule to pick up the pieces of your barber chair, or exam table after hours and have them returned before your next working day.

Regardless of whether you operate an Assisted Living Facility, a country club, a hospital, etcetera, our flexibility allows us to meet your needs.

OTHER SERVICES
Leather Patchwork

Not only are we upholsterers, we love spending time on unique custom projects. If you are in the market for a one of a kind soft leather holster customized for you, look no further. Sewing motorcycle patches and making alterations to biker apparel is something we are well versed in (your pockets are safe with us ). We have all the machinery capable of stitching back together the seams of that vintage hardform leather saddle bag from your father, or to repair Aunt’s antique luggage set. Hemming a pair of actual denim jeans is a worthwhile investment, much like replacing a broken zipper on an otherwise perfect garment. Reach out to us with ideas and questions, we are more than happy to see how we may help.

HOW IT WORKS
Antique Armchair tear down

Step One – Your Initial Enquiry

It all starts with us understanding your specific requirements including end-use and basic aesthetics. It is important that we have an idea of what you are looking for. We encourage you to take multiple pictures of your piece. This will allow  us to have the best idea of what your options are.

  Step Two – Site Visit

For larger installs, we may need to arrange a site visit in order to advise on the best solution for the intended room or space. From this we can, together, develop the best work plan.

Step Three – Create Your Piece

There are many variables when it comes to upholstery. The density of a cushion, the depth of a seat, the height, the style, the amount of wear a sofa or chair will receive and so on. To begin with, the aesthetics of a piece of furniture must look right for you. At this stage, we work with you to design the approach which ensures we deliver you a piece you will love for many years.

  Step Four – Finished Product

Once we have established a design, we will order your fabric, and communicate to you a delivery timeline.

How It Works with Auto and Boats

We understand that the cost of living these days isn’t what it used to be.  One way you can reduce the cost of your project is by uninstalling and installing your pieces. This will greatly impact the time and labor included in your estimate.
